Johannes Le Coutre

Professor of Food & Health at University of New South Wales in Sydney, runs the UNSW’s program on Cellular Agriculture. With a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Max-Planck-Institute of Nutrition Physiology and a Human Frontiers award, completed research at UCLA Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Initiated global research programs on taste physiology at Nestlé. integrating the private and the public sectors and has several R&D awards. Visiting Professor at the University of Tokyo and Imperial College London. Past Secretary General for Nestlé’s Scientific Advisory Board.
